Most places online, I’m The Font Snob. Anyone who appreciates kerning will understand the frustration and irritation of another person using Papyrus, Copperplate, Cooper, or heaven help us, Comic Sans. They show up in email signatures, business signs, and print ads.

All fonts have their place, but they’re limited. Comic Sans is fine, if what you’re doing directly involves children 10 and under. Cooper is great on the back of little league uniforms, or at a head shop. Papyrus better have something to do with ancient civilizations.

This page is my collection of egregious misuse of fonts.
