Can I have longer days, please? We all know that the only way to get done the stuff that’s most important is to make that a priority, putting it ahead of other things. I still haven’t figured out where to draw the line on “other things,” though. I mean, I can put off sweeping and vacuuming in favor of playing with my kids. I can wait to file bank statements and clipped magazine articles until after I’ve written for a half hour. But there are days when the only way to get to writing, or exercise, or any of a half-dozen priorities is to declare eating and sleeping “other things.”

I just want a nice, easy way to draw a line and say “this shall be done” and “this… not so much.”
